All ABOUT ARTWORK

What if I don't have imprint ready artwork. You can send us whatever file you have on hand or describe what you are looking for and we will be more than happy to create an art or make your logo ready for imprinting, a small service fee of $35 (NET) per hour will be charged. We will send the artwork back to you within 2 hours. If you need rush service, $50 (NET) per hour will be charged, we will send the artwork back to you within 1 hour.

What is the preferred format? We prefer the industry standard file format. Adobe Illustrator® (file extension .ai or .eps) Adobe Photoshop® (file extension .psd)

How do I send the artwork? You can send us email, or via cloud. 

What if I want to match my current order? For spot imprint, PMS is an abbreviation for Pantone Matching System™.  Our and manufacturers worldwide work from these PMS numbers. Since we are printing on many different types of surfaces (plastic, wood, metal and etc) and surface colors (yellow, black, red and etc,), exact PMS matches are not guaranteed. We are not trying to upset you, just don't want to over-promise. However, we are more than happy to make a sample to show you. Maybe you will like the new color better! Our suppliers charge for PMS matches, please call if you have any questions.

Virtual mockup. FREE virtual mockup within 15-30 minutes. (2D Custom shape may take up to 2 hours. Complex 3D Custom shape may take up to 48 hours. )

Recreating Artwork. Recreating artwork $35 (NET) per hour.

In-house Samples:
We provide FREE working samples up to $5.00 (R) value with or without random logos per time per customer. Working samples at cost and are not returnable.

Overseas Samples:
We provide FREE working samples up to $5.00 (R) value with or without random logos per time per customer. 7-10 business days.

In stock items. FREE!

Overseas USB: $67 (R) for one 2GB. Power bank, Bt speaker: $83 (R) X-magic series $300 (R).
Other electronic items: $60 (R) one item. Lanyard: $83 (R) one design.
Lapel Pin: $117 (R) one design.
Writing instruments: $43 (R) one logo.

Shipping for all samples:
Shipping account is required or shipping freight will be charged.

I don't have time for a physical sample:
It's not a problem! If you don't have time to get a physical sample, you can request an FREE virtual-proof which can be ready within 15-30 mins if you have the qualified artwork. If you need help to decide if you have the qualified artwork, please visit our artwork info above. 

I'm worry about how the product will turn out. 
We know your concern so we can arrange a pre-production photo as sample for you after you place your PO with us. It's also FREE. And it will only take 1 or 2 business days on top of the regular time frame.

Minimum order quantity:

EXACT REORDERS

We usually keep your artwork for 3 physical years. When you reorder, please include the original Purchase order number or invoice number, then we will verify the information with you. Standard production time applies.For certain items, setup charge is $10-15 (NET) for exact re-order. Some exact re-order still requires full setup charge. Please double check with your customer service rep. All order elements, including the imprint colors, must be exactly the same as the original order.

SHIPPING AND OTHERS

Shipping:
Our standard shipping method is insured FedEx®and UPS®with insurance. All products are shipped FOB Seattle, WA 98038. Delivery address will be taken from Purchase order. If there is any change, please inform us within 2 business days prior the ship date. There will be $9.00 (NET) additional charge for residential delivery. There is no extra charge for using your own shipping account. SeaStar is not responsible for any shipping, custom delay or natural disasters.

Drop ship:
The first 5 destinations are free of charge. Domestic and international drop ship are both available. $5.00 (NET) will be charged per shipment. $30.00 (NET) will be charged per international drop shipment. Please provide all addresses in PDF or EXCEL format.

Canada shipment:
Our standard shipping method to Canada is same as domestic shipping. All products are shipping FOB Seattle, WA 98058. All duty and taxes will be charged to receiver or provided third party shipping account.

Less than Minimum order:
$2.5 (R) per piece will be charged for less than minimum order quantity or $37.50 (V) will be charged per design/per product in general.

Over/under Run:
We will make every effort to ship the exact quantities. For order over 10k, 1% overrun will be included.

Packaging
Standard packaging is bulk pack or poly bag or white gift box. Variety of different packaging is available. Please check our website under packaging.

WARRANTY

All of our USB products have lifetime warranty.
Power bank products have 1 year limited warranty.
Other electronic items have 1 year limited warranty.
Non-electronic items have different time period.
Other items, please contact customer service.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

Changes:
All changes can be made without any extra charge within 24 hours after placing the PO. NOT including rush orders. Changes will be subject to any cost already occurred any after the first 24 hours. The change may affect the ship date.

Cancellation:
In the event of order cancellation, you are liable for any charges incurred up to the date of order cancellation. For memory products we purchase flash memory when the order is placed so costs are incurred from the time of order placement, so you are responsible for the cost of flash memory and any other time and materials incurred up until the time of order cancellation. Order can be cancelled without any extra charge within 24 hours after placing the PO. A 25% of cancellation charge will be charged at all other cases. For custom products, such as lanyards, lapel pins etc, the completed work will be billed.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your order. Claims must be made within 5 days from the shipping date. Please contact customer service for RMA number and return authorization form. BLANK stock merchandise will be accessed a 25% restocking fee if under original condition unopened, unused, and includes all original parts and manuals. Buyer is responsibilities for shipping both ways. Customized products or imprinted products are not returnable. DURING COVID19, we are unable to take any returns for safety purposes. BLANK or imprinted. 

ACCOUNT PAYMENT OPTIONS

CHECK
To begin, your orders will be processed as collect before delivery (check), up to an account balance of $2,000. As you build credit history with us, this limit may be reevaluated to meet your growing business needs. A resale certificate is required for all states, or sales tax may be assessed.

CREDIT CARD
If you want a more convenient way, you can opt to place orders on your credit card (Visa, MaterCard or American Express), up to an account balance of $2,000. We waive the processing fee for your first credit card transaction. After that, it is 3% processing fee for every transactions thereafter. A resale certificate is required for all states, or sales tax may be assessed.
Note: We DO NOT accept third party credit cards.

PAY ONLINE
You can also choose to pay online up to an account balance of $2,000. Again, We waive the processing fee for your first credit card transaction. After that, it is 3% processing fee for every transaction.

NET TERMS
If you are interested in applying for net terms, please contact us and we will send you the credit term app, please return assigned and completed copy of the net term application.

RECEIVING YOUR INVOICES.
Invoices and credit memos will be emailed to you once the order is confirmed or shipped depending on the payment terms. You can view the pdf file as well as online.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting a purchase order, the Customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the terms and conditions in a Customer's purchase order, these Terms & Conditions shall control.

CATALOG PRICE INCREASES

As we finalized pricing for 2019, every effort was made to identify and project material cost increases from our suppliers. Where necessary, these increases are included in our current pricing. However, due to the volatility of crude oil prices and associated impact on raw material costs, we reserve the right to change catalog prices at any time without notice if necessary. If this is required, we will do everything we can to announce the changes ahead of time. We understand and regret the inconvenience this may cause you and your customers.

PRODUCT SAFETY

Compliance:
All electronic items products from SeaStar are certified with CE, FCC and RoHs.
Most Power banks are certified with UL 1643.
All writing instruments are certified with CPSIA, Prop 65.
PVC and Silicone products are certified with CPSIA, EN 71-3, ASTM F963-11.
Textile products are certified with CPSIA, EN 71-3.
All drinkware sold by SeaStar is BPA Free. SeaStar will be posting safety documents of all of our products online by Jul 1, 2019.

WARNING:
There are no items in our catalog that are intended for children under 3 years of age.
